Punta Cana Project
Concerning the Punta Cana project, here is the preliminary time-line and cost estimate for the construction projects coming up:
- Finalized plans for parsonage and multipurpose building-December 15,2007
- Begin footings for parsonage and multipurpose building- January 2008
- Pay remaining debt of $27,000 on property- Feb. 28, 2008
- Work primarily on parsonage- Feb- June 2008
- Finish parsonage and begin main work on multi-purpose building- July 2008
- Multi-purpose building construction- July-October
- Begin worship center construction- November 2008
- Worship center construction- November 2008- April 2009
- Dedication of worship center- May 2009

Cost estimates here run from $12,000-16,000 pesos per square meter, as construction is measured here.
The resulting estimate, based on an average of $14,000 pesos per square meter is as follows:
